Welcome to Eco Peak Solutions! I'm Carl Swanson, and I'm thrilled you're here. For over 25 years, I've been deep in the world of sales, learning every nuance of this exciting field. For the past decade, I've had the privilege of sharing what I've learned with students all over the U.S. and beyond.
My experiences across different industries have shaped a unique approach to sales—making it more about connecting with customers and less about the stress of closing deals. I call it the Customer Centered sales approach, and it's at the heart of what we do here.
At Eco Peak Solutions, we offer more than just training. We provide comprehensive Sales and Business Development coaching and consulting, offer fractional leadership services for companies in need of expert guidance without the full-time commitment, and I'm also available for keynote speaking and contract leadership roles.
